Benedictine University staff doing its part to keep campus
beautiful
"Team Benedictine," a.k.a. the Campus Beautification
Team, convened for the seventh consecutive year on Friday, October
22. Team Benedictine gathered in the fall instead of the spring
to avoid frostbitten annuals and to become better stewards of
the environment. The team planted more than 3,000 bulbs that will
bloom in the spring.
Last spring, the Campus Beautification Team planted more than
1,000 flowers across campus, made improvements near the Ave Maria
Shrine and weeded around the retention ponds in front of the Birck
Hall of Science.
