Director's Letter

Benedictine University Community-

In the short period of time in which I have been a member of this great community, I have come to realize the importance of the Facilities Management department as it relates to how our students learn and go through the Benedictine University experience, how our faculty educate, and how our staff supports the operations of the university.

With over 13 years of professional experience in higher education facilities management, it is my hope that you can trust that I take the performance of my department seriously as it translates to creating a safe, welcoming, functional, and sustainable campus for our community. Our department will work hard each and every day to create the kind of environment that the campus community expects and deserves. As President Gregory so eloquently states, we are "THE" Benedictine University, and we have a responsibility to showcase that in the support that we offer.

I look forward to serving this community. It is my hope that I will become someone that the community relies on as a resource--work related or not--and that the department in which I lead develops into a resource that the community can trust and rely on each and every day.
