Ms. Hornell’s expertise in facilitation, leadership development and strategic planning makes her the “go-to” consultant for critical organizational development initiatives in many Fortune 1000 companies. Ms. Hornell’s personal brand of "Cultivating Environments for Growth" extends into her consulting practice, her family, her garden and her book, "Good Things for a Full Life," 40 life lessons to create a full, satisfying life and live with intention.
She is passionate about supporting the nonprofit community, having served on several nonprofit boards over the past 20 years. Currently, she serves on the board for Reading in Motion, a nonprofit that aims to get every at-risk student reading at or above grade level within the first years of school through the power and discipline of the arts.
