The Class Year Giving Program encourages members of graduating classes to give something back to Benedictine University. Each year, the graduating class presents a legacy gift to the University as a way to honor the memory of their time here.
The Class of 2013 surpassed our original $5,000 goal and raised $6,804 as of May 2013. Then, we decided to raise the goal to $7,000 with the hopes that a few more class members would help with their support. We did it! Our class raised over $7,900!
With that gift to the University, that Class of 2013 was recognized at Homecoming 2013 with an engraved brick in the Alumni Plaza as well as a dedicated bench along the walkway to the Neff Welcome Center.

"Thank you very much for the distinguished honor of receiving the Alumni Achievement Award. I am honored and humbled to have been selected. One of the great things about our dear university is that there are so many individuals that have excelled both personally and professionally, so it makes it even more special to have been chosen to receive this award. My education and experience at BenU has been instrumental and rewarding. I look forward to being active in this community for years to come.”
