Planned Giving

The  Office of University Development is committed to the continued advancement of  Benedictine University. We challenge our alumni and donors to support the  University in order to transform our future and ensure the growth and  development of the institution and our students.

Acquiring a Planned Giving strategy lets you put your assets to work for Benedictine University, while you and the University share in the benefits.  A planned gift can return an immediate tax deduction to you, lifetime income for you and a loved one, plus long-term financial support to Benedictine University!

With thoughtful planning you can make a gift that costs you nothing during your lifetime, or a gift that gives you guaranteed income for life; this Web site is where you’ll find out how to make that happen.

Planned Giving provides an excellent opportunity to express appreciation to the University for education received. In the case of gift annuities, personal income is enhanced through interest received.”
-Bishop Daniel Ryan D.D., Class of 1952

People should make a Planned Gift to Benedictine University as a vehicle to give back a small contribution for the education and training we receive from the institution and the Benedictine Monks.”
-Edmund P. Boland, Class of 1964
