  1. COMPLETE the word document.  There is no minimum/maximum length for answers.  Do not worry about the length of your answers/submission, just complete the questions as requested.

  2. RESAVE the completed document as:
    LAST NAME, FIRST NAME - type (internship OR scholarship) year

  3. PRINT/SAVE a copy of the completed application for your records.

  4. EMAIL your completed application and the completed Letter of Reference Form (button below) as an attachment to Jennifer Gardner at jmgardner@ben.edu.

(Submission of this form authorizes the Director of NOYCE Programs and any appropriate faculty advisors to use this Application Form on your behalf, and grants permission for the information provided in this form to be made available to prospective cooperating organizations if requested.)

 

Interested applicants for teaching application (NOT required for summer internship) checklist:

  • Complete the appropriate application form
  • Submit the completed application form to Jennifer Gardner (via e-mail jmgardner@ben.edu or campus mail: Birck 348)
  • Complete and submit a FAFSA application
    (FAFSA website http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
    Benedictine's school code is 001767)
  • Make sure the "permission to access transcript" box is checked on your application.
  • Have at least two confidential references, including one from a faculty member in your content area.  (These references must complete the reference form above.)
