What is CO+HOOTS?

CO+HOOTS promotes collaboration and provides a professional, inspirational and self-sustaining space to grow and nurture entrepreneurism. They have been innovative in their push for small business growth through teamwork, shared resources and project collaboration. 

How does CO+HOOTS benefit BenU Mesa students?

CO+HOOTS benefits students who are driven to become their own boss, make change in their community and develop new and innovative ideas. From business majors yearning to operate a chain of stores to graphic artists learning basic business practices to run an independent firm, CO+HOOTS will help students with an entrepreneurial spirit luanch their careers.

Joint collaboration with BenU Mesa

CO+HOOTS will be the University’s neighbor in the GRID development happening next door. While the development is under construction, BenU Mesa faculty, along with CO+HOOTS founders Jenny Poon and Odeen Domingo, will work with current BenU Mesa students on special projects designed to promote entrepreneurial growth.

When CO+HOOTS moves into their new space our students will enjoy membership privileges along with the opportunity to be apart of a creative, collaborative and supportive environment.

Judging will be at 12:00 p.m. in the South Lobby on April 9. Entries should be made from foodish materials, but don’t have to be edible at the time of judgement.
