*If Spring Semester only, rate will increase based upon availability.

Meal options:

Students will be issued weekly meal vouchers that can be used at the hotel's Café Azul restaurant.

  • 21 meals per week per semester – $2,915
  • 14 meals per week per semester – $1,925
  • Eight meals per week per semester – $1,100
Residents are responsible for providing their own:

  • Hangers

  • Toiletry and personal care items
  • Fall semester – August 25 - December 7, 2014
  • Winter break – December 13, 2014 - January 10, 2015**
  • Spring Semester – January 12 - May 8, 2015

**Registered students may stay in their rooms for a nominal fee during winter break if their account is in good standing with the Phoenix Marriott Mesa and they are registered for Spring Semester classes at Benedictine University at Mesa.

Housing contracts:

All housing contracts will be handled directly between enrolled students at Benedictine University at Mesa and the Phoenix Marriott Mesa.  Priority deadlines are May, 1st, 2015.  Please contact the Marriott (below) for commitments occurring after May 1st as rooms will fill on a first come, first served basis.

The security deposit does not go toward housing cost.
