The Phoenix Marriott Mesa, a three-diamond hotel offering 275 well-appointed guest rooms and suites with a panoramic view of the mountains, is located at 200 N. Centennial Way in downtown Mesa. The hotel is just a few short blocks from the University’s Gillett Hall and Services Center and student rooms have been consolidated onto a single floor for a community.
Students will be issued weekly meal vouchers that can be used at the Phoenix Marriott Mesa’s Café Azul restaurant or Starbucks.
*Registered students may stay in their rooms for a nominal fee during winter break if their account is in good standing with the Phoenix Marriott Mesa and they are registered for spring semester classes at Benedictine University at Mesa.
All housing contracts will be handled directly between enrolled students at Benedictine University at Mesa and the Phoenix Marriott Mesa.

You must provide proof of admission/enrollment at Benedictine University at Mesa and a $200 Security Deposit to be held for the duration of the students stay on a major credit card. Additionally a credit card must be placed on file with the ability to “pre-authorize” for $850 (30 days of room and board). This is not a direct charge to the card, but a bank secured hold until full payment is made.
Full payment in cash, check or credit card for fall semester housing is due September 20, 2013 or within 48 hours of the University’s financial aid release, whichever is earlier.
