The Benedictine swimming team resumed the 2006-07 season last Friday and Saturday at the University of Chicago Invitational. The women's squad placed sixth out of seven teams, while the men were sixth out of six teams at the highly-competitive meet. Erik Morales placed 9th in the men's 100 butterfly (57.49) and 6th in the 200 butterfly2:07.43). On the women's side, freshman Nora Becker was 6th in the 200 breaststroke (2:55.15).
