For Benedictine University junior sprinter/hurdler Stacey Sara, you get the feeling it's just a matter of time before she breaks the school record in the 100 meter hurdles. Sara, who has steadily improved her personal time in the event all season, came within 1/100th of a second (16.00) of the record in winning the event at the Concordia Chicago Cougar Invitational. Sara also won the 100 meter dash on her way to contributing 30 points to the Lady Eagles third place finish at the Cougar Inviatational. On the men's side, Devin Montgomery won the javelin with a toss of 160'4" to claim the second javelin title of his rookie season. Montgomery also placed third in the discus, adding 16 points for the day to the Eagles' fifth place finish at the Concordia Cougar Invite.
