Volleyball extracts revenge on Rockford in NAC tourney

The Benedictine volleyball team took a measure of revenge out on Rockford College by defeating the Regents, 3-0 (30-26, 28-30, 30-24, 30-21), in the first round of the Northern Athletics Conference tournament. The Eagles improved to 26-6 by defeating RC, one of three NAC schools to have defeated BU in the regular season. Kayla Leyden had a monster match with 24 kills, 15 digs and four aces. Danielle Mikos added 12 kills and three blocks. Setter Angela Vitto contributed 46 assists, eight kills and eight digs. Sarah Flores had a team-high 28 digs in the match.
