Noted PGA golf instructor Hank Haney featured at 14th annual golf outing

Hank Haney, who has coached more than 200 touring golf professionals including Tiger Woods and Mark O’Meara, will be the featured speaker and special on-course instructor at the 14th Annual President’s Invitational Golf Outing hosted by Benedictine University on Monday, June 30 at Cress Creek Country Club in Naperville. Proceeds from the event help provide scholarships for Benedictine students. The day begins with registration and breakfast at 6:30 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. Those golfers who prefer a 1:15 p.m. tee time can enjoy lunch following registration at 11:00 a.m. Cocktails begin at 6:30 p.m. with dinner at 7:00 p.m. The cost is $250 per person. Dinner only is $80. Raffle prizes include two tickets to the 2009 Master’s Practice Round, two tickets to the 2009 PGA Finals in Hazeltine, Minn. plus a $200 Marriott gift certificate, and golf packages at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge and Glendale Lakes Golf Club in Glendale Heights.
