October is Domestic Violence Awareness month. As you prepare to return home for the holidays next month, join us for a lively discussion exploring healthy and unhealthy family relationships. What they look like, red flags and warning signs of an unhealthy relationship including domestic violence, and the importance of coping skills and self‐care practices to heal. Explore effective communication skills and setting boundaries within your relationships. Learn why individuals may stay in abusive relationships. Understand the importance of mental health and its role in helping to heal. We hope to see you there!!

Presented in Partnership by the Peace Team Peer Educators (Giselle Delgado & Natalie Discher) and Benedictine University Counseling Center Staff (Jayde Brejc and Rachel Maluta) If you can’t attend, the presentation will be recorded
