University Housing will remain open over the Spring & Easter Break, March 20-27 & April 1-5. You are welcome to remain on campus at no additional break stay housing cost. As spring break approaches, we ask you to remain committed to our community and Protecting Our Flock and refrain from any extensive non-essential travel.

Whether you are planning to participate in athletics or plan to take advantage of some down time and recharge, we hope you will attend some planned programming events. There will be some programs for you to attend throughout the week geared to towards wellness, and a variety of fun, safe events to de-stress. A calendar of events will be posted soon.
BenUeats – You spoke, we listened! We are pleased to announce that Benny’s will be OPEN for service during spring break March 20-27. The Dining team is preparing and planning special menus and food options that includes themed nights and outdoor dining (weather permitting). We thank the Dining team for this wonderful service as it has never been done in years past and hope that you will take advantage and leave the cooking to them!

Fitness Center Reservations – The Fitness Center will be open from 10am-4pm, Monday through Friday the week of spring break. In order to utilize either area you must sign up in advance through Bookings. Reservation Links to signup are below. Full details of each area and expectations are posted under the Safety and Wellness Resources section here.

Maintenance Requests - Submit a maintenance, work order request HERE. Facilities Management (FM), located on the first level of the Parking Garage structure and works behind the scenes, 24-hours a day, to serve Benedictine University. The office is open during the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. FM can be contacted at (630) 829-6420 for non-emergencies. If there is an emergency, call 911.

University Police Services – University Police are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week and can be contacted at (630) 829-6122. Whether you need an escort to your room or need to report suspicious activity, they want to support our students! If there is an emergency call 9-1-1.
