Benedictine University is an inclusive academic community dedicated to teaching and learning, scholarship and service, truth and justice, as inspired by the Catholic intellectual tradition, the social teaching of the Church, and the principles of wisdom in the Rule of St. Benedict.
Benedictine University aspires to be a thought leader in Catholic higher education. We seek to provide a transformative and integrative educational experience grounded in Benedictine values, helping students shape lives of meaning and purpose as engaged citizens who care for the earth, welcome people of diverse faiths and cultures, and promote the common good.
Every college and university that participates in federal student financial aid programs is required to collect specific data to provide to the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), including enrollments, program completions, graduation rates, tuition trends, institutional prices and student financial aid. The surveys conducted by NCES form the basis of the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS). Congress, federal agencies, state governments, education providers, professional associations, private businesses, media, students and parents, and others rely on IPEDS data for this basic information on postsecondary institutions. Reports on data collected by the University and external sources can be found on this page. For assistance with specific data requests, submit a Data Request form.
